I am a survivor of multi-generational abuse. I started this blog to try and share my history (herstory) and in the process I am hoping to heal my wounds and provide comfort and hope to others.

I will also be sharing artwork, poems, resources and other content that is related to abuse and healing. Life is a challenge for all of us and when we are abused or encounter abuse it makes things seem very difficult. I have survived and now I am able to thrive. I hope that anyone reading this will feel inspired to find hope as well. Namaste
